The Mironova contribution

Purification is part of the product.

Fermentation-derived EGT requires downstream purification and residue verification. Mironova carries out that work in Fairfield: purification, recrystallization, finished-batch testing, and QA review.

Every finished EGT-F batch undergoes PicoGreen residual dsDNA analysis and USP microbial limits testing, with method suitability in the EGT matrix.

  1. Verify incoming material

Imported fermentation-derived L-ergothioneine is quarantined and identity-verified at Fairfield, New Jersey. Mironova does not ferment.

  2. Purify and recrystallize

Mironova extensively purifies and recrystallizes the imported material, then finishes and packages it in Fairfield, New Jersey.

  3. Test every finished batch

PicoGreen residual dsDNA analysis and USP <61>/<62> microbial limits testing include method suitability in the EGT matrix. The release panel also includes endotoxin and host-cell-protein testing.

  4. QA review and release

QA reviews finished-batch results against PS-EGT-F Rev. 4. Each batch CoA reports the measured residual dsDNA value and microbial results.
